Baiyun 4M CMOS Camera

Entry level 4MP (2k x 2k) resolution with a 13µm pixel size. It achieves speeds of 40 fps.

Baiyun 16M CMOS Camera

New modular design. 16M (4k x 4k) resolution with a 15µm pixel size. It achieves speeds of 90 fps with bin 2.

Huangshan 4D-STEM

Event-driven 4D-STEM opimized detectors for TEM and SEM with 256 x 256 pixels of 55µm. Dwell time up to 0.5µs.
